Koko Brown is a multidisciplinary artist who blends theatre, spoken word and live vocal looping. Her work is unique, electric and brimming with what the world needs to hear right now on race, mental health and gender.
Alumni Artist in Residence at Roundhouse and Alumni Associate Artist at Ovalhouse, her work has been featured at the National Theatre, Lyric Hammersmith, Traverse Theatre (Edinburgh), Roundhouse, Soho Theatre and at Glastonbury Festival.

Her current focus is on THE COLOUR TRILOGY. WHITE - the first in the trilogy - is a piece about what it means to grow up mixed race in contemporary Britain. It was shortlisted for the Amnesty International Freedom of Speech Award and the Filipa Braganca Award and was featured on The Guardian’s Best Shows of the Edinburgh Fringe 2018.
