On The Cost of Love Podcast, actor, author and self-proclaimed love idiot, Haley McGee talks to a wide range of experts and brainiacs to try to answer the question, “Is the cost of love worth it?”

 

Each episode features a conversation with a different expert – from an AI specialist to a porn editor, a divorce lawyer to a romance author, an egg-freezing aficionado to a couple’s therapist and a reality TV producer to a sex toy manufacturer – to dig into that strange, juicy place where love, money, relationships and numbers collide.

And so that we might discover something only they can teach us about the cost of love.

Each episode is broken into three parts:

  1. Everyone’s a Love Idiot – in which Haley grills the guest with a series of questions that attempt to quantify their own romantic history.

  2. Brains Over Braun – where we apply the guest’s particular expertise to the concept of the cost of love.

  3. Free Hugs – Haley and the guest answer listener questions about love and money.
